make yourself bread!!!

Ingredients (for ca. 1 kg of bread):

333 g of wheat flour

333 g rye flour
 

1 Pkg. of dry yeast and 1 Tablespoon of dry sourdough

450 ml lukewarm water

25-30 g of salt

100 g walnuts (to taste)

Bread Seasoning to taste



preparation:

The wheat or rye flour with dry yeast and sourdough, salt and spice bread in the water vigorously with a food processor or hand mixer (dough hook) mix well. Then let go to 1 hour, covered in a warm place with a kitchen towel about 3/4, best cover the bowl with a kitchen towel. After 1 x knead again (by hand). Then off in the form of bread and 2 x approx 30 min. let them go. Then the oven to 250 ° C turn on the oven squirt with water or simply a pot of water in the pipe. After a 1/4 hour at 200 ° C to switch back. After 20-30 min. the bread is done.
 



Tip: The bread is baked through, if it sounds hollow when tapped on the back.
